Hi HANS,

WE HAVE BEEN VERY VERY HAPPY IN CASAZEP , marvellous site & view on the sea & lanzarote & lobos iles!

the house is nice & very modern design & confortable & the terrasse exceptionnal .

for 3 weeks we were very happy

we will have photos soon & don't hesitate to send you the best one's thank's again for that

(nothing was brooken except a problem with the freezer wich suddenly switched off the electric meter!)

Just a quick note to say the visit was superb and thanks for providing such a superb villa. We were overwhelmed by the place and could not believe how well fitted out and nicely designed the villa was, definitely the best villa we have stayed in.

We will definitely be coming back as soon as possible and have told lots of people about it.

The wireless network worked straightaway and so it means I can carry on with my work which is all internet based - brilliant :)

Also Ivan was excellent, really helpful and generously lent me his fishing rod, great guy.

Any suggestions to improve the house/experience?

Obviously you dont want to spoil the view but maybe some hedges or higherplants in front would stop you from feeling like a monkey in a zoo (although you get used to that after a few days).

Other than that and a bit of an Ant problem on the kitchen worktops (I think there may be a nest somewhere, but it forced us to be tidy so probably a good thing).

I think in general the villa is excellent especially I liked the large tables and Hot tub. We were discussing that you must have had the outside professionally landscaped as it was so well planned.

By the way we did leave a few Jigsaws and things there which are ok for kids so just bin them if you don't want them there.

We would definitely go back sometime when the weather is better.

Many thanks for the use of your Villa Last week, It is a very well thought out property. The only problems we had were that the beach path had everyone stopping to have a look because the villa is spectacular from the back!

Well we are back in work now and it is depressing after the lovely holiday we had! The villa was amazing. It was great to have use of the bikes and the surfboards. We were very careful with them and you should find them as you left them. The hottub was so great too, we used it every evening. We felt very posh lounging in the tub with jealous people walking by looking in!!

We liked your recommendations for eating out too so thanks for them. In fact we got a bit addicted to the tapas place! Ivan was great, he let us in and showed us round and I left the keys for him under the mat when we left yesterday evening. It was great to be able to stay in the house till the evening so we had a whole day yesterday.

Ok then, well thanks for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We would like to do it again sometime and maybe bring some friends or family with us next time.
